Gainesville’s Bruce Blackwell, left, and Brandon “Brandy” Wight have been a happy couple for almost 50 years. They finally tied the knot in 2004 in Martha’s Vineyard, Mass. Wight reached the century mark in May. His sign reads: 100 Years Old & Always Proud. A flag that took on a whole new meaning in 2015 for the LBGT community.
